many flies sewer smell
the room had a balcony. it was acceptable.
i found many flies in my room. they were everywhere. the room also smelled like a sewer even when i tried to open windows and spray perfumes. entry and exit to the hotel required taking loops to navigate.

relaxing vibe polite personnel
the signature room had a fantastic housekeeping service. mohamas infas was polite and professional, he provided full service without delays. the overall arrangements were aesthetically pleasing, this provided a relaxing vibe to the room.
the lobby was not at ground level, this was annoying. it was also not very convenient for talking to staff on the way in or out.
